Follow The Food: Who To Follow in 2018
The culinary landscape in CT has changed drastically over the past 5 - 10 years, but 2017, in particular, was a big year for the Connecticut food and restaurant scene. Not only do we have more fantastic dining options we also have more experts, media outlets, and bloggers celebrating All Of The Things CT (see what we did there 😉). What better way to stay on top of things than to follow the restaurant experts – the owners, chefs, and writers who are shaping the industry?
To be included on this list, one must be:
• A chef or restaurant owner.
• A restaurant professional.
• A restaurant consultant or photographer.
• A trailblazing food or restaurant celeb.
• A dedicated food blogger or instagrammer.
• A reporter or thought leader in the food and/or restaurant industry.
There are mostly like lots of familiar faces on this list (it is a small state after all), but we think any of these that are new to you will be welcome additions to your timeline.
