Brunch Club: 4 Eat & Drink

Sometimes you go to brunch and immediately know what you want. Other times, you’re presented with a menu that makes you want to order every single thing on it. 4 Eat & Drink in Farmington made us want to order all of the things - so we made a pretty good effort into doing just that (someone had to do it)!
4 Eat & Drink is a cozy, comfortable bar and tapas restaurant that specializes in craft cocktails and an impressive rotating selection of craft beers. Walk into this place and feel immediately taken care of by the fantastic bar and wait staff - you’ll be guaranteed to stay for awhile!
Brunch is on Sundays starting at 11 am, and we did the hard work by ordering most of the menu to tell you what to order. Spoiler: order it all. Your brunch strategy (yes strategy - this is serious business) should be to order at least one of everything and share. This way, you get to try more and won’t have to make as many difficult decisions from that menu!
We ordered: the pulled pork crostini with eggs, hanger steak and eggs, churro french toast (you need at least one sweet option!), avocado toast (because I’m Australian and can’t say no to avocado toast), Brussel sprouts and eggs, pulled chicken egg rolls and the papas bravas. Every single thing we tried was even better than the last. Just try looking at those photos without immediately making a brunch reservation.
Combine these excellent food picks with bottomless mimosas, and you’ll be in your brunch happy place. Or, try one of their other expertly crafted cocktails (we highly recommend the Rock Me Gently - perfect for any time of day!). 4 Eat & Drink is also open for lunch, dinner and happy hour during the week.
